Soitec reported Total CO2e Emissions - Location-Based Scope 1 + Scope 2 for the twelve months ending 31 December 2021 at 26 Kt (+2/+8.4% y-o-y).

Soitec's Scope 3 emissions took off to 227 Kt (+81/+55% y-o-y). The parameter has been fairly volatile.
