Ambu reported Total CO2e Emissions - Market-Based Scope 1 + Scope 2 for the twelve months ending 30 September 2022 at 20 Kt (-2.7 /-11.7% y-o-y). Also positively, carbon intensity decreased to 29 t (-7.2 /-20.1% y-o-y).

The company has not set a company-wide target for an absolute reduction in GHG emissions yet.
Ambu also has a science-based goal that, however, does not appear to explicitly target a company-wide reduction in emissions in absolute terms. Ambu A/S commits to reduce absolute scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions 75% by FY2030 from a FY2021 base year. Ambu A/S also commits that 82% of its suppliers by emissions covering purchased goods and services will have science-based targets by FY2027.
