Teleperformance reported Total CO2e Emissions - Location-Based Scope 1 + Scope 2 for the twelve months ending 31 December 2021 at 147 Kt (-2.9 /-2% y-o-y). Also positively, carbon intensity was down at 17 t (-5 /-22.3% y-o-y).

Teleperformance's Scope 3 emissions was down at 219 Kt (-25 /-10.2% y-o-y). The rate of decline has slowed compared to the trend since 4Q'19 (CAGR -17.7%).

The company has not set a company-wide target for an absolute reduction in GHG emissions yet.

Teleperformance also has a science-based goal that, however, does not appear to explicitly target a company-wide reduction in emissions in absolute terms. Teleperformance SE commits to reduce scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions 49% per FTE by 2026 from a 2019 base year. Teleperformance SE also commits to reduce scope 3 GHG emissions from purchased goods and services, and employee commuting 38.3% per FTE by 2026 from a 2019 base year.
