Standard Chartered reported Total CO2e Emissions - Location-Based Scope 1 + Scope 2 for the twelve months ending 31 December 2021 at 86 Kt (-32 /-27.3% y-o-y). Also positively, carbon intensity plummeted to 5.9 t (-3.6 /-37.9% y-o-y).

Standard Chartered's Scope 3 emissions took off to 60,721 Kt (+60,674/+129684% y-o-y). There has been no consistent trend in recent years.
