GHG emissions and Carbon intensity

Salesforce reported Total CO2e Emissions - Market-Based Scope 1 + Scope 2 for the twelve months ending 31 December 2022 at 71 Kt (-21 /-22.8% y-o-y). Also positively, carbon intensity was down at 2.3 t (-1.2 /-34.3% y-o-y).

Salesforce's Scope 3 emissions was up at 1,267 Kt (+263/+26% y-o-y). The growth has slowed compared to the trend since 4Q'15 (CAGR +40%).
