SGS SA reported gross GHG emissions (Scope 1 + 2 before carbon offsets) for the twelve months ending 31 December 2022 at 117 Kt (+1.2/+1% y-o-y). At the sime time, carbon intensity declined to 16 t (-1.7 /-9.4% y-o-y).

SGS SA's Scope 3 emissions skyrocketed to 851 Kt (+834/+5138% y-o-y). The growth accelerated compared to the long-term upward trend (CAGR of +305% since 4Q'20).
