Procter & Gamble reported Total CO2e Emissions - Market-Based Scope 1 + Scope 2 for the twelve months ending 30 June 2021 at 2,398 Kt (-227 /-8.6% y-o-y). Also positively, carbon intensity decreased to 32 t (-5.5 /-14.9% y-o-y).

Procter & Gamble's Scope 3 emissions grew to 247,240 Kt (+12,022/+5.1% y-o-y). This is broadly in line with the growth trend (CAGR +5.6% since 2Q'18).

The company has not set a company-wide target for an absolute reduction in GHG emissions yet.

Procter & Gamble also has a science-based goal that, however, does not appear to explicitly target a company-wide reduction in emissions in absolute terms.
