Jones Lang LaSalle reported Total CO2e Emissions - Location-Based Scope 1 + Scope 2 for the twelve months ending 31 December 2021 at 38 Kt (+2.8/+7.8% y-o-y). At the sime time, carbon intensity decreased to 2 t (-0.1 /-4.8% y-o-y).
Jones Lang LaSalle's Scope 3 emissions was up at 20,896 Kt (
The company is committed to reducing Scope 1 + 2 by 68% by 2034 from a base year 2018, which translates into the estimated reduction of -1.9 Kt per annum over the period of FY2022 - FY2034. This target, however, has not been recognised as science-based (and as aligned with Paris Agreement) by the SBTi.
Also, the company commits to reducing all Scopes by 51% by 2030 from a base year 2018, which translates into the estimated reduction of -1,571 Kt per annum over the period of FY2022 - FY2030. This science-based target is aligned with Paris Agreement to limit global warming to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels.
