Elekta's carbon footprint

Elekta reported Total CO2e Emissions - Location-Based Scope 1 + Scope 2 for the twelve months ending 31 March 2022 at 11 Kt (+10/+1887% y-o-y). Carbon intensity also took off to 6.2 t (+5.8/+1450% y-o-y).

Elekta's Scope 3 emissions took off to 827 Kt (+364/+79% y-o-y). The growth accelerated relative to the long-term trend (+26% CAGR) observed since 1Q'20.

The company has not set a company-wide target for an absolute reduction in GHG emissions yet.
