Countryside Properties reported Total CO2e Emissions - Location-Based Scope 1 + Scope 2 for the twelve months ending 30 September 2021 at 11 Kt (+1.4/+15% y-o-y). At the sime time, carbon intensity decreased sharply to 6 t (-2.5 /-29.4% y-o-y).

Countryside Properties's Scope 3 emissions soared to 2.9 Kt (+1.1/+64% y-o-y). The growth accelerated compared to the long-term upward trend (CAGR of +13% since 3Q'17).

The company is committed to reducing Scope 1 + 2 by 42% by 2030 from a base year 2020, which translates into the estimated reduction of -0.59 Kt per annum over the period of FY2022 - FY2030. This science-based target is aligned with Paris Agreement to limit global warming to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels.
