Axa reported Total CO2e Emissions - Market-Based Scope 1 + Scope 2 for the twelve months ending 31 December 2021 at 55 Kt (-12 /-17.6% y-o-y). Also positively, carbon intensity declined to 0.4 t (-0.1 /-20% y-o-y).

Axa's Scope 3 emissions decreased to 3.9 Kt (-14 /-77.9% y-o-y). This is a higher rate of decline than over the period since 4Q'19 (-65.1% CAGR).
